Come join the Greeks For Effie! on the evening of Wednesday, May 16th for a fundraiser cocktail to support the election of our very own, Effie Triantafilopoulos, PC Candidate for Ontario. We are honoured to announce that Senator Leo Housakos will be our special guest for the night. Senator Housakos is notably Canada’s first Greek-Canadian Speaker of the Senate.
About the Event
Hosted at The Burroughes Building, Toronto’s pinnacle event space, the evening will be decidedly “Greek Themed”. Greek wines and beer will be featured onsite by an experienced Sommelier, generously provided by the Kolonaki Group, one of Canada’s best known importers of Greek wines and spirits. The evening will also be catered with authentic Greek meze and finger foods.
Please join us as a General Attendee for $100.00 or as a Host of the event for $250.00 ($100 “Actual Cost”*, see below for details). All Co-Hosts for the event will be recognized for their generous support and have an opportunity to meet Senator Housakos in an intimate pre-reception.
